It sticks easily to most any surface with a double-stick tape backing and keeps pen and paper ready whenever you need it. The notepad cavity is 3" x 3" to accept standard "sticky notes", like those made by 3M and others.
The straight tether is made of 0.103" urethane, which makes it both durable and flexible.
